Winfield Hall
Winfield Hall is our community center. But it was built in the 1970s and getting a bit dated and there are multiple concerns (including safety and liability) . The residents of Hershey's Mill need to decide what to do (doing nothing is not an option). The Village President is our representative to the Master Association so let him know what you think. There have been several proposals and the both the original and latest information are presented here.

This is the original study and a copy is availble in the library. The deficiencies of and options for Winfield Hall are discussed at some lenghth. It is a large file to download. Options B and C are no longer under consideration. Options D and E were developed after this report was published.
