Quarterly Fees for Homeowners ($1170 for 2011) are due Jan 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. You should receive coupons for each year which are sent with your payment to the above address. Be sure to include your house number with payment. If your quarterly fees are paid late, there is a penalty (see your coupons for details).
If you would rather that the management company directly debit your bank account for the fees, just return the application in the annual mailing or contact the management company for another application.
