The Village Council meets as needed to manage Oakmont Village. All members of the Homeowners' Association (HOA) meet annually (usually in November) to elect members of the Village Council and discuss various issues, including the budget for the following year. Date, time, and place of meeting are announced by letter a few weeks before the meeting.
